Course Summary

• This basic course is a fantastic choice for anyone who wishes to take making their favorite cup to the next level and who enjoys making coffee at home. Also, to learn what brewing alternatives are out there.
• You’ll start the day with a cupping (a coffee tasting), where you’ll get to try a variety of different coffee beans and discover just how diverse the flavors can be. Next, you’ll have the opportunity to try out a variety of slow brew methods like Drip coffees also including the French press, tasting and understanding the differences between each one. Throughout, you will be learning hands-on how extraction time, water temperature, grind size, and a whole lot of other factors drastically affect the final product.
