As coffee beans are perishable we don’t accept returns where there is no quality issue with the beans you’ve received. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that what you order will be to your taste profile.
Please make sure that when you order you select the right type ie. beans/ground as we cannot exchange.
Regarding equipment we will exchange any item that has manufacture faults within 7 days from purchase, we require details and photographs, email assistance@earthen.co.za
Kindly note we will only accept a return or exchange for coffee equipment if it has not been used and is in its original condition with box and packaging and is undamaged within 7 days of purchase provided that there is no manufacture defect.
